Collaboration and Chat

The session synchronizes actions in real time: card movements, flips, and notes. The "Chat and participants" panel shows who is connected and lets you communicate.

What it is

Core elements

  • Participants list: shows everyone connected and highlights the host.
  • Participant cursors: help you see where others are working.
  • Chat: text communication; the latest 100 messages are kept.
  • Chat panel: opens from a dedicated button and can be minimized.

Chat panel tabs

The chat panel has four tabs:

  • Chat – exchange text messages with session participants.
  • Participants – list of every connected user with the host highlighted.
  • Support – info about technical support. Live support chat is temporarily unavailable, but the tab provides a link to the online documentation.
  • Feedback – a form for sending feedback to the development team.

Feedback form

The "Feedback" tab lets you send a message to the team:

  • Type – pick a category: Bug, Feature, Question, or Other.
  • Message – describe the problem or the idea.
