Collaboration and Chat
The session synchronizes actions in real time: card movements, flips, and notes. The "Chat and participants" panel shows who is connected and lets you communicate.
What it is
Core elements
- Participants list: shows everyone connected and highlights the host.
- Participant cursors: help you see where others are working.
- Chat: text communication; the latest 100 messages are kept.
- Chat panel: opens from a dedicated button and can be minimized.
Chat panel tabs
The chat panel has four tabs:
- Chat – exchange text messages with session participants.
- Participants – list of every connected user with the host highlighted.
- Support – info about technical support. Live support chat is temporarily unavailable, but the tab provides a link to the online documentation.
- Feedback – a form for sending feedback to the development team.
Feedback form
The "Feedback" tab lets you send a message to the team:
- Type – pick a category: Bug, Feature, Question, or Other.
- Message – describe the problem or the idea.
- Email (optional) – provide your email if you want a reply.
- Screenshot (optional) – attach an image to illustrate.
- Send – submit the form.
How to use
Key steps
- Open the "Chat and participants" panel.
- Switch between the "Chat", "Participants", "Support", and "Feedback" tabs.
- Type a message and send it with Enter.
- Follow participant activity on the canvas.
Sending feedback
- Switch to the "Feedback" tab.
- Pick a feedback type from the dropdown.
- Describe the problem or the suggestion in the text area.
- Optionally provide your email for a reply.
- Optionally attach a screenshot.
- Click "Send".
Scenarios
- Coordination: agree on who moves which cards.
- Facilitation: the host guides the discussion through chat.
- Group work: participants share comments and questions.
- Bug report: use the Feedback tab with the "Bug" type and attach a screenshot.
- Improvement suggestion: send feedback with the "Feature" type.
Tips and errors
Tip
For quick access to documentation, use the link on the Support tab.
- If messages don't send, check your connection status in the session panel.
- In large groups, agree on movement rules to avoid interfering with each other.
- Minimize the chat panel to free up screen space.
- When sending feedback, attach a screenshot – it helps the team understand the issue faster.
- Provide your email in the feedback form if you want a reply.
