  • Session code is rejected.
  • Decks or rooms do not load.
  • Chat messages do not send.

How to use

Key steps

  1. Check the connection status in the session panel.
  2. Refresh the page and try again.
  3. Make sure the session code has 6 characters.
  4. Try another browser if the issue persists.
  5. Send feedback through the "Support" or "Feedback" tab.

Scenarios

  • Code rejected: recheck characters and keyboard layout.
  • Session ended: create a new session and invite participants again.
  • Deck not loading: wait a moment, then refresh the page.

Tips and errors

  • Unstable internet can cause reconnects and delays.
  • If the host ended the session, all participants are disconnected.
  • When switching sessions, you can save a table screenshot to keep your work.
