- Check the connection status in the session panel.
- Refresh the page and try again.
- Make sure the session code has 6 characters.
- Try another browser if the issue persists.
- Send feedback through the "Support" or "Feedback" tab.

- Code rejected: recheck characters and keyboard layout.
- Session ended: create a new session and invite participants again.
- Deck not loading: wait a moment, then refresh the page.
